  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

  • Any bachelor degree.
  • Must have at least 1 years of working experience in receptionist position.
  • Age between 22 to 25 years.
  • Good personality and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. ( Word, Power Point, Excel...)
  • Good team player with positive attitude and polite
