• To answer, response calls in polite manner, greet people and direct them to the waiting lounge or to the appropriate personnel in the office
• To be professional and efficient management of visitors and clients
• Perform day to day administration support works to the team and department
• Assist administrative staff with visa extension process
• To maintain a safe, clean and organized office and reception area, Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• To provide administrative duties to superior in systematic and effective manner
• Arrange travel and accommodations

Job Requirements
• Must be graduated(any graduated)
• Preferable 6 months or 1 year experience as a receptionist
• Fluency in English (Both written and spoken) and MS Office
• Chinese speaker is preferable
• Good image quality and outgoing personality
• Able to travel to Kyauk Phyu
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, good ability to convey information clearly and accurately
