- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on telephones, answering or referring in inquires.
- Provide information, answer queries and deal with complaints.
- Forward calls to appropriate person
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing form, photocopying,
- Keep safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
