Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Answer phone in a timely manner and take messages or transfer call to related person
  • Assist the team with clerical works such as copying, taking memos and any other administrative matters.
  • Receiving / sending of deliveries / couriers
  • Record the inventory of office supplies and restock if necessary.
  • Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Other related duties assign by manager.
