Warmly welcome any visitors & Ensure customer information is kept in the provided system
Ensure and handle students class booking/scheduling
Make sure to report customer service operation to center manager
Ensure customers are satisfied with the service they are given
Update customer information in the system in a timely manner
Manage customer appointments & report back to sales team in a timely
manner.
Follow up and confirm students’ booking for classes in advanced

Job Requirements

Must understand customer service
2 years experience in related filed is preferable, Education, Gym Sector, Hospital
experience preferable
Must be able to work 2 different shifts morning/ evening
Must have people skills and communication skill
Being able to speak and write intermediate level in English is needed.
