- Welcome and greet guests- Inform guests of hotel rates and information/services and related facilities- Confirm relevant guests information- Verify guests payment methods- Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization- Maintain clear and accurate record of guest rooms bookings- Receive and transmit messages for guests- Retrieve mail, packages and documents necessary for the guests- Listen and respond to guest inquiries and requests both in-person and by phone- Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests- Close guest accounts and check guests out- Process and secure the payment of guest accounts- Inform housekeeping about the room status (occupied, check in, check out)- Monitor visitors of the hotel

Job Requirements
- 10th standard pass- Minimum experience 6 month in related field- Fast-learner, Active youth and Hardworking- Basic English speaking and writing-Knowledge about Yangon
