1. Business Development>Marketing and selling HRINC services>Coordinates with relevant departments on business development activities for cross-selling and client introduction>Proactively organizes new client meetings and meet client/together with team leader>Contribute to organizing business presentations, job fairs, event, etc2. Client management and follow-up>Assists clients in recruitment requirements>Advices clients on what to expect in talent available and compensation>Interviewing candidates face to face, getting candidate's information, past experiences, motivations, and compensation>Writing summary notes>Sending best candidates to client>Following up feedback with candidates>Sending recruitment weekly wrap up email to the client on a weekly basis3. Closing placement>Negotiates compensation package with client and candidate>Can influence a candidate's decision to accept the offer based on knowledge>Can influence client's decision on the best candidate for the job>Overcomes objections and challenges on getting a final agreement between client and candidate>Follows up post-placement time with clients and candidates4. Recruitment Administration>Knowledge management amongst department and team>Update client and candidate's communication in the system>Do weekly achievement report to report to team leader>Perform other tasks as assigned
