Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Supporting recruiting managers with recruitment related tasks and duties
- Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone screenings
- Scheduling calls and interviews, process background checks ,answering emails and drafting offer letters and EC, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork
- Hire efficiently and keep hiring process running all the time to support businesses
- Act as excellent organizer and communicator for interviewers and interviewees and coordinate all hiring activities with all relevant departments and teams
- Prepare and post job ads online, offline, and by other means for the sake of reaching out as much candidates as possible
- Resolve issues as fast as possible , effectively and efficiently (e.g. interview related)
- Assist with new hire on-boarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating in orientation)
- Other relevant and ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager as businesses require

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree, Diploma in HRM or any relevance experiences
- Must have decent experiences and qualifications
- Able to speak English (but not compulsory) and good communicator and great team collaborator
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good decision- making and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to build strong relationships and positively influence our colleagues and potential candidates
- Must be familiar with Microsoft application and internet & email
- Trustworthy, has discretion when handling confidential information
- Young, energetic, quick, active, result oriented, patient, dynamic and kind
- Like to talk, negotiate, and getting along with people
