Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Reviews and revises Talent Acquisition policy and procedures lay down by ARH and ensure for its compliance.
  2. Implement the recruitment strategy and provide required support to immediate superior in order to fulfill the talent requirements of ARH.
  3. Propose manpower budget in alignment of recruitment strategy by identifying the data sources to perform manpower gap analysis.
  4. Liaise with business units and management for manpower requesting, staffing and giving advice to superior in order to deploy manpower mitigation plan.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates to become talent acquisition strategic partners that align with organizational strategies. 
  6. Performs analysis on labor market of health care service industry and develop proper employee retention plan.
  7. Provides guide-lines for applications arrangement and manages vacancy announcement process in order to get reputable and proper announcement among public.
  8. Collaborate with L&D team and business units in order to provide orientation and hands-on trainings for new hires efficiently.
  9. Manage exit interview process and perform data analysis in order to support the employee retention plan of ARH.
  10. Propose data for annual and monthly reports for providing effective feedback and suggestion to support HR strategy

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree and/ or preferably Master Degree in Management.
  2. Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development.
  3. 6 year experience as an Human Resource practitioner with solid background in talent acquisition.
  4. 2 year experience in management role.
  5. Sound knowledge on National Labor Law.
  6.  Business Acumen and Management Ethics.
  7. Interpersonal, liaising, planning, leading, organizing, controlling skill.
  8. Strong HR concept and service mind set.
  9. Persuasive personality, unbiased behavior and be a good observer on human behavior and psychology.
  10. Business English and intermediate level.
