Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
  2. Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  3. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  4. Coordinate with Department Head/Regional Manager to forecast future hiring needs.
  5. Ensure that the vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
  6. Resolve employees’ issues and handle complaints regarding with employee relations infractions.
  7. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  8. Advise hiring managers on interview techniques.
  9. Support business managers as necessary and staff in preparing personal development plans, and provide strategies to reach their career development goals.
  10. Conduct employee orientation program to ensure that newly recruited employees are well informed regarding company’s profile and their job responsibilities.
  11. Manage to be updated employee data base in timely manner.
  12. Conduct exit interview to the resign staff to understand the reason behind their resignation,    develop turnover analysis and explores the best practices to retain the employees.
  13. Monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant.
  14. Handle various reports such as turnover report, recruitment report and staff information  report monthly and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Department Head.
  15. Perform other tasks as assigned by department Head & Executive Members.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in any field but master degree in human resources or business administration is preferable.
  2. Diploma/ Certificate in human resources management is preferred.
  3. Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a recruitment manager, recruitment consultant.
  4. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks hiring method.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Burmese and team management skills.
  6. Strong decision-making skills.
  7. Fluency in English.
