Job Description

The role holder will responsible in using both traditional and non-traditional resource and create a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. And the role holder will also involve in related recruiting events and activities.

Assisting and supporting Lead, Recruiter to run recruiting process from end to end process smoothly
Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board/newspapers or colleges
Sourcing and recruiting candidate by using database, social media and etc.
Screenings candidate resumes and job applications
Arranging and scheduling interview
Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefit during screening process
Completing timely report on employment activities
To carry out any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Proven working experience as HR Recruiter or similar role

Bachelor’s degree (preferred from related Human Resources Management)
Good communication skill both verbal and written
Be able to communicate in English
Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
