Responsible for regional operation of the branches
Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Performance bonus + Other allowances

The Role
Responsible for overall operation management for Upper Myanmar
Responsible for all of operation procedures related to collection and dealer management
Setting up target and KPIs for each region and driving to hit target
Day-to-day administration of internal operation, budget, work plans

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experiences in which 2 years at management level in Bank or Microfinance industries
Any Bachelor's Degree holder and any related certification is preferred
Must have a good knowledge of Mandalay Market
Good communication skill in English
