Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Diagnoses and support proper treatments of work-related illnesses injuries of employees, and conducts fitness-for-duty physical examinations.
  2. Provide telephone medical assessment of designated patients within assigned region, assess and monitor the appropriateness of the treatment where they are located in conjunction.
  3. Give advice to callers, relatives, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clients within the scope of practice.
  4. Organize and supervise appropriate medical assistance for employees. This includes obtaining medical reports, reviewing medical reports, monitoring the employees’ health conditions, recommending appropriate medical treatment.
  5. Give appropriate advice for healthy habits and preventative actions to promote overall health.
  6. Demonstrates knowledge of safety and infection control, promotes health programs, and maintains a safe and clean environment. 
  7. Perform taken vaccination responsibilities including pre-arrangement of supplies, supervision and assistance with set up and clean up, distributing information to employees, completing documentation, and other duties as needed in a timely manner.
  8. Administer vaccines (seasonal flu, COVID, etc.). Records and dates injections for each employee accordingly.
  9. Liaise with Ministery of health & sports office and township government office to implement the updated instructions & the guideline to maintain healt and safety work environment.
  10. Recommend specialists to particular employees who need additional medical attention.
  11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company Doctor & Regional Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing or Pharmacist.
  2. Minimum two years of recent inpatient clinical experience
  3. Compassionate and approachable.
  4. Responsible and trustworthy.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Burmese.
  7. Able to work in all regions.
