Business Development

  • Generating new business opportunities and plan the sales process to achieve the sales targets
  • Proposing and executing the sales strategies for the network while achieving Yoma Bank financial and strategic goals
  • Understanding the needs of customers and provide suitable pr oducts and services
  • providing existing customers with exceptional support
  • Developing a strong sales operating rhythm to ensure clarity of focus and delivery of financial and non-financial targets
  • Contributing to the development of product campaigns to ensure customer focus is maintained and targets are met
  • Leading branch network in achieving product campaign targets

Coaching

  • Onboard and train branch sales staffs (HLS/RSS)
  • Identify individual and team training needs and develop coaching plans
  • Evaluate performances of sales staffs (HLS/RSS) and provide positive feedbacks
  • Set examples and deliver effective coaching and capability mechanism at branch network
  • Building skills and knowledge in HLS/RSS to enable them in providing quality customer experience with Yoma bank and achieving their sales targets
  • Leading and embedding capability tools to leverage the customer journey with Yoma Bank

Relationship Building

  • Developing strong relationships with the Regional Heads, Branch Managers and bankers – creating a one team mind-set
  • Identifying customer needs and liaising with product specialists to develop and deliver new products and services
  • Working closely with functional teams and other business units in coordination and timely delivery of product and services

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Economics or Business preferred
  • 5 years experience in relative field
  • Communicate well and make relationships work
