Job Description

- Manage the distribution network of several hubs in order to ensure planned sales production level.
- take responsibility for sales in certain areas.
- generates and processes new sales leads as a personal example to sales front staff.
- takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format and report to HOS and CSO.
- follows up with customers and Top up distributors to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and going through with our process or not.
- makes sure that sales people are on track with sales goals. Define the areas for improvement, suggest actions, plan actions, act.
- to make sure that sales people are doing their job correctly.
- provides any necessary data or reports to the HOS and CSO.
- exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems.
- updates all information about Sales people responsibilities and rules.
- deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
- train front office staff on product, sales, process and service quality.
- asses the knowledge of staff and initiate additional trainings.
- delivers the news and changes to the sales people.
- implements all the news and changes into the training materials – PowerPoint presentations. To ensure at every moment of time that training materials contain only correct and up-to-date information on company, sales process, products, prices etc.
- motivates to the sales person and push them to hit the target.

Job Requirements

Availability for free travel to the rural area.
- Experiences in sales from 5 years.
- Experience in managing people from 3 years.
- English level starting from Intermediate.
- High self-motivation and discipline.
- Desire to grow, to try hard in order to pursue career opportunities within one company.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

-computer skill (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Sales skills.
-should understand the term “Efficiency” and demonstrate this understanding in your big and small daily tasks
