Job Description

  • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
  • Implementing channel marketing plans in order to collaboration with concern marketing team.
  • Working closely with sales teams and train and advise for requirements.
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization.
  • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners.
  • Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
  • Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
  • Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization.
  • Checking and giving proper guidance for monthly PJP of team to enhance the productivity to enhance the business requirements.
  • Provide monthly sales evaluation reports to National Sales Managers and Business Head
  • Addressing the issue and giving advise to solve or involve if it is necessary

Job Requirements

  • MBA, Any Degree or Dip in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

  • 7 - 9 years of working experience in Retail/FMCG on Sales and Marketing
  • Leadership skill, Negotiation skill, Problem Solving Skill

  • Communication & Presentation skill

  • Human Resources Management
  • Business Oriented and able to drive the positive result for the business
  • Computer Skill ( Microsoft Office )
