Job Description

 Execute specific preferred dealer channel strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
 Ensure successful implementation of retail performance standards (visibility, distribution and shelving)
 Own tracking and adherence to budget plans to driven value & volume targets
 Maintain a consistent focus on accounts receivables to ensure payments are received on time.
 Train direct reports to carry out their role ‘accountabilities & responsibilities to the agreed performance standard consistent with company’s values, measuring their
performance on a quarterly basis & where necessary, implement corrective action/development plans to ensure improvement in performance.
 Support ASM to monitor & coach the JSE on sales performance and visit call to be in line with company guideline
 Verify and align with recommendation from ASM on RTM structure e.g. additional manpower or new territory appointment
 Maintain positive communication and collaborative relationship with other functional team with the end result to improve the overall organizational performance and
working atmosphere
 Maintain relationship with Key Business Partners (Preferred Dealers, Major Multiple Accounts, and Wholesalers etc) to ensure the business interests of the company are
preserved.
 Train direct reports in all the sales processes contained on the sales operation manual.
 Monitor and review on a monthly basis the performance of the distributor against their undertakings.
 Ensure auditing and tracking preferred dealers KPI and budget claims
 Full accountability for ensuring the purchase order from the distributor/dealers is received without issue or delay.
 Conduct monthly regional sales operation meeting by setting the agenda, chairing and circulating the minutes Execute the successful planning and implementation of
sales activity for new product launches

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations. Experience in beverage is plus.
• Have experience in filed Traditional Trade, Dealers, and Distributor would be advantage
• Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
• Able to travel to different provinces
• Able analyze market information including presentations to executives level
• Strong in team management, effective communication
• Strong passion to win, drive to achieve target
