Job Description

- Sales Management of region.
- Arrangement to sales plan and achievement to sales target.
- Set up individual sales targets with team members and organize them.
- Develop promotional ideas and directs product research.
- Discusses with sales activities, customer concerns, competitors activities and pricing structure.
- Understanding to customer behaviors and visits regional customers regularly direct.
- Implement trade promotion by publishing, tracking and evaluation trade spending.
- New Products Survey and try to get pricing structure of products.
-Try to achieve sales target for each region.
- Keep in touch to all region stores daily/ weekly? monthly & their requirement.
- All new product training to all staff and if necessary training to channels.
- Build new channels expansion plan.

- Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred.
