- Sales Management of region.- Arrangement to sales plan and achievement to sales target.- Set up individual sales targets with team members and organize them.- Develop promotional ideas and directs product research.- Discusses with sales activities, customer concerns, competitors activities and pricing structure.- Understanding to customer behaviors and visits regional customers regularly direct.- Implement trade promotion by publishing, tracking and evaluation trade spending.- New Products Survey and try to get pricing structure of products.-Try to achieve sales target for each region.- Keep in touch to all region stores daily/ weekly? monthly & their requirement.- All new product training to all staff and if necessary training to channels.- Build new channels expansion plan.
- Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred.- Experience in overseas or international companies- 8 years of experience in electronics, sales distribution, or FMCG- Professional Business Leadership
