Any graduate
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a regional sales management role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license
