  • Planning & Monitoring daily/monthly call plan / reports of reporters
  • Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses
  • Covering shortlisted KOLs from Doctor list as per plan & frequency
  • Monitoring the induction of the new promoter/Medical Detailer/TSM/ASM - On job training
  • Analyzing the call plans / reports & taking corrective actions
  • Analyzing periodic sales for taking necessary actions to accomplish the business objective
  • Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors - Monthly basis
  • Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities
  • In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/weekly basis
  • Periodically (monthly) evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions
  • Planning & forecasting the periodic sales figure to assist overall business objective
  • Periodic review of CRM activities to facilitate investment decisions
  • Coordinating with Brand team to generate more awareness & reliability among customers through promotions & events

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (MBBS or MBA will be add on benefits)
  • Effectively communicate in bi-lingual (English & Myanmar)
  • At least five year work experiences in relative field
  • One yr ++ experience in same position will be additional benefit
  • Should have experience of handling big team (25-30 people)
  • Can travel with short notice
  • Prefer the experience on holding diabetes & respiratory products
