•Responsibility and accountability of total District Sales volume and revenues, selling cost and distribution, AR collection , direct and indirect account (All channel)
•Lead and managing distributors in assigned District and Area.
•Ensuring compliances of SOPà Plan Field visit, working with DT and SR
•Ensuring sales and KPIs reports submission timely
•Responsible for quarterly Demand Forecast
•Develop strategy and tactical for the district area for mid term and long term
•Develop execution plan for IBP (channel and category strategy)
•Develop monthly and quarterly business plan
•Training and coaching of ASM
•Develop and listing in Key MT customer
•Conducts periodic Business Review with DT and Key Account
•Ensuring execution of sales and marketing program, strictly follow guideline to meet company objective (distribution and merchandising)
