Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop regional sales plans and targets in alignment with the organization objectives.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Analyze the sales and market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Prepare sales analysis reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly and share it with the Senior Management Team timely
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and collaboration with related departments.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager in forecasting the Regional sales yearly, quarterly, and monthly and define monthly sales targets for the teams.
  • Get the updated data and information from the market, define the potential impact, and find the way to navigate the solutions promptly.
  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate maturely with Regional distribution agent.
  • Please note that Regional Sales Supervisor position must be able to travel around Upper/ Lower Myanmar to promote products.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with a related Certificate and Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position .
  • Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-Mail.
  • Extensive knowledge of all territories in a shop region or market
  • Previous Territory/Regional Sales experience preferred
  • Customer development & management skills
  • Negotiation skills, influencing, negotiating, and engagement skills. Self-motivated.
