Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Regular inspections to evaluate and provide guidance, training, feedbacks and suggestions as well as take action.

  • Provide strong and efficient leadership as well as guidance to all field staff to bring effective results.
  • Implement a strong discipline among the sites according to our Discipline Policy
  • Prepare schedules and replacements according to the needs
  • Promote quality management and adherence to minimum standards, as to Exera values
  • Assist in other relevant duties as required by the Operations Manager
  • Creates a managerial environment in the assigned region to lead, enable and maintain our culture of security and good working approach and practices.

  • Coordinate with Head Office operations management in order to get support from Logistics and Finance departments in order to request support, deal with financial issues and ensure the most effective use of resources.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of operations in the assigned area to undertake actions needed to improve achievements.
  • Produce and review weekly and monthly reports and provide feedback and follows-up actions with necessary monitoring

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree education supplemented with experience and/or additional education
  • Medium-advanced computer skills with Microsoft office, emails and the Internet

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Autonomous et able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong and proven human leadership and discipline skills are mandatory
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Experience supervising and evaluating the staff, with the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Willingness to travel within Yangon and on some occasions work during weekend

  • Previous working experience in security or military related fields
