* Ensuring regulatory and quality assurance compliance accordign to SOPs
* Establishing a close professional relationship and maintaining active dialogue with relevant government officials
* Timely report on all Regulatory Affairs activities
Export & Import Executive
* Manage the overall process of applying import / export license and custom clearance
* Manage and prepare the required documents for export / import license, custom clearance process and shipping documents
* Coordinate with respective department for import and export shipment
* Clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out as fast as possible
* Coordinate with freight forwarder to arrange and clear out shipments
