Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Fully oversee and support the implementation of the KYC/CDD  measurement and AML/CFT policies to comply with applicable laws/directives from regulators

  • Conducting and responding to due diligence requests from & to partners

  • Identification, assessment and action planning for business risks through MM transactions

  • Preparing periodic and ad hoc compliance reports with regulatory

  • Investigating Suspicious Transactions Reports (STRs) to Regulators

  • Participating in non-compliance risk assessments of products, services, and activities

  • Consolidate all non-compliance risk matters and submit  reports to management

  • Contributing to the implementation of the compliance program

  • Understanding on applicable laws and regulatory framework

  • Deep Understanding on Mobile Financial Services business risk factors and internal control system (including detailed operational flow of Mobile Financial service business)

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent

  • Certificate of Compliance Training from Central Bank of Myanmar

  • Previous Experience in Compliance, internal control, risk management or audit

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Financial Institutions (Bank, MFI, NBFI or Mobile Financial Services)
