The candidate is responsible for effectively managing business development and sales operations for SME / Consumer Loan Department. The ideal candidate has to be flexible and creative about work process and reaching out to clients.

The candidate is responsible for developing and maintaining healthy relationships with a network of key clients, and driving the implementation of sales and customer care initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.

The candidate will also support cross-functional team with their strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications.

  • Knowing clients’ needs, wants and expectations in a timely manner and how these are changing from time to time.
  • Understand which products fits the requirement of the clients.
  • Cooperation with respective departments to launch new products & services that meet with market demand.
  • Understanding the nature and cash flow condition of the business, and level of risk.
  • Providing advisory service for clients to be a successful business, linking them to other business, helping clients to meet with the credit policy in their financing needs for business expansion.
  •  Maintaining long term relationship with existing clients.
  •  Contact with Product Owners (H/O Departments) to get updated product information which changes periodically.
  •  Seeking new and better opportunities to sell our new products.
  •  Implementing to meet the targets to carry out the periodic instructions, memo, disciplines and responsibilities set by Management.
  • Preparing and collecting necessary paperwork to apply for loan product and singing of loan contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Financial Knowledge is a must
  • Flexible, innovative and creative approach in work process and market expansion
  • At least 5 years of working experience in banking & insurance field or sales organization
  • Prefer age below 32 and has prior managerial role in banking & insurance sector
  • Strong understanding and compliance of financial code of conducts and financial knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan and delegate
  • Effective communicator, open minded & international mindset.
  • Develop and implement key growth strategies and action plan.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Must have analytical skills to understand customer data and to formulate a strategic marketing & business plan.
  • Tactics to elevate customer experience.
  • Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Fluent of English Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
  • Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Any Undergraduate/Graduate Degree
  • IT skills are also beneficial.
  • Find the client get the deal
  • Assist client with application and collecting necessary documentation
  • Conduct initial Financial Due Diligence ( Quantitate excel modelling, Credit Rating ), Industry Specific Studies, Highlight of the Key Risks ( both Qualitative & Quantative ) for our back office team.
  • Think-Tank innovative products and market strategies.
