Job Description

Role Purpose  

 

We are looking for a person who has self-driven, motivated, result oriented, and well personnel to communicate with corporate business customers. The main responsibility is to engage the delinquent customers and to negotiate the recovery plans through the local rules and regulations.  

   

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Help others to maintain focus and overcome obstacles 
  • Receptive to and implement suggestions for improvement to the team members 
  • Always comply with Yoma Bank’s Code of Conduct, Policy & Procedures 
  • Effectively use the Yoma Bank’s core systems including FBE and Collection System 
  • Ensure the team members are efficiently using the collection system 
  • To resolve customer disputes within Yoma Bank policy and procedure 
  • Report the feedback, and repayment plan of the customers to the Sr. Manager 
  • To maintain all required reports including productivity of the team members 
  • Timely prepare the reports for the Senior Management 
  • Prioritize the tasks based on the Risk level 
  • Communicate the critical delinquent customers to maximize the recovery 
  • To undertake external filed calls to customers with accounts in arrears as required from time to time

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Or Accounting, Or Banking & Finance 
  • Minimum 3 year experience in related field or Credit control, credit care, collection & recovery experiences 
  • Efficient execution of assignments within time frame 
  • Excellent in negotiation, analytical and critical thinking 
  • Basic credit assessment for commercial or corporate businesses 
  • Good knowledge of local regulatory environment 
  • Good relationship with local business communities 
  • Capacity to take pressure to deliver the targets 
  • Excellent in presentation skills 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, email, PowerPoint, MS Excel)
