We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging key consumers and partners, and for building and preserving trusting relationships. The Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new partners. The Manager should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure highest client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, engage, and acquire partners, across Government, Public and Private sectors, with strategic focus to maintain growth opportunities in consumer base
· Reach out and connect with different Government entities to propose collaboration opportunities in e-government and social services, Participate in Government projects (from EOI to project completion) for financial inclusion and digital payment goals
· Survey and research to determine actual business requirements from the potential partners and propose solutions based on existing products and explore new features to fulfill the requirements
· Maintain profitable relationships with key partners to ensure the partners are engaged and their requirements met with swift support
· Collaborate with different functional units in the organization to plan strategically and streamline the necessary business processes to make sure business functions are carried out in a timely manner
· Take ownership of the Partner’s full life cycle from identifying and engaging to resolving issues during BAU operations for relationship management
· Resolve customer/partner complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating to functional heads and senior management as necessary to guarantee partners’ satisfaction with CTZ’s products and services
· Conduct business reviews using analytics to identify developing market trends and prepare essential strategic adjustments to relationship management operations
· Maintain thorough comprehension of competitors’ products and services, and develop plans to align CTZ’s more tactically to the target market segment
· Maintain robust understanding of CTZ’s products and services, and lead the initiatives to develop new products that target potential market’s requirement

· Acquiring new government and business partners aligned with our product roadmap
· Producing increased revenue and engagement from existing partners
· Converting partner’s clients to CTZ’s consumer base to offer more value-added service
