The R&D Executive responsibility is to assist for product development, sensory evaluation of raw material and products, Assist new product innovation, create product recipe of R&D Manager. Documents checking and supporting to apply process for food related application. Especially for the FDA, Halal and other application and renewal of the license. 1. Product development by communicating with marketing department.2. Support the consumer test to conduct new product development and adjusting the product.3. Check incoming raw material by COA, Specification and Physical and sometime taste test also. 4. Provides QA for the instant noodle factory and process.5. Assist to R&D manager to prepare the specifications or COA and calculate the composition of ingredients of each product, to give the quality procedure for FDA application.6. Putting formula in AX and update formula changes or other changes. 7. Prepare every changes of raw materials, Supplier, recipe, film, carton box and so on. 8. Assist to do existing products enhancement (EPE) according to the customer demand.9. To do raw substitution test in existing products.10. Assist to R&D Manager for new products innovation and create new recipe of products to meet customer needs and requirements as per plan and time line. 11. Raw material sample testing which sent from suppliers & reply feed back to the supply chain.12. Making control sample of seasoning powder and oil of lab mixing for production product sensory test. 13. Fill up the release product form after checking the QC passed as QA.14. Arrange the samples for testing chemical, micro biology and nutrition facts of existing material and finished products at least once a year. 15. Sampling test internally (Bench mark testing, triangle testing, etc.) and send the result to R&D Manager.16. Send weekly report to DGM and R&D Manager regularly. 17. Do the shelf life test of existing products.
• B.Sc/M.Sc (IC/Chemistry), B.E/M.E (Chemical) and Certificate or Diploma in Food Technology or Food Safety Management is prefer• Minimum 3 years working experience in research and development field at Food Manufacturing• Must have knowledge in ISO/HACCP/Food Safety and renewal of Halal & FDA license • Computer literate (Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint)• Age must be between 25 to 38• Good attitude and interpersonal skills
