• Bachelor degree in food technology or Industrial chemistry• Candidate must have minimum 5 years experienced in R&D in Food industry• Experienced in formulation, product development and costing.• Preferable from biscuit, wafer, or extrude snack background• Understanding FDA process, government policy, HACCP and ISO Knowledge• Responsible for the smooth process of FDA and other registration needed legally for the product to be launch• Researching and developing new products or technologies to improve existing products• Ensure the company understand and anticipate market demand, planning and developing products to meet consumer needs and maintain competiveness in the market place• Planning and organization efforts with production department• To ensure quality targets and target goals are met
