Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

To develop on corporate strategy in collaboration with HOD, Regional Managers and branch managers and incorporate for the business plan with the guidance of the CEO and EMC members.
Review and monitor the approved strategy and follow up implementation and execution of the plan yearly, monthly and weekly.
Follow up MCB roadmap, business plan and implementation of process, products and projects.
Ensure to check the expenses/cost and budget are in line with approved budget in collaboration with CFO.
Develop feasibility report for new branch expansion by visiting proposed new branch location and conducting demographic study for potential businesses.
Create newsletters for all activities provided by the respective department quarterly.
Translate and report to CEO for daily update news regards to economic, social and political.
Study the business and economic trend, competitive analysis report for senior management.
Develop MCB Policy, SOP, manual and guideline in collaboration with business, operation and support units.
Initiate and develop Annual report in collaboration with respective HODs, COO/CEO.
Analyze on existing and new business, product and service, program, process and make the effective report to management.
Make collection of data and survey for statistical information of the business segmentation and business portfolio and industries benchmarking.
Understand on research and develop mechanism and tool to collect data and information of market and business setter wise.
Making financial Focus and projection and estimating budget of the business on analyzing on the business and products.
Monitoring and overseeing new and existing products by analyzing and identifying potential business and its impact.
Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of MCB products against other bank’s products and recommend to the business unit for business improvement and extension.
Analyze the customer behavior and advise the potential business and banking services.
Overseeing banking service provided by the MCB which are met with the customer satisfaction and discover the needs and wants of the customers in collaboration with business units.
Understand of banking business and learning new things to develop for the betterment of the MCB and business growth.
Being business partner for any of the banking business and ready to take the new assignment by the MCB bank.
Understand the MCB competency framework and able to adopt the MCB Culture.
Any other task assigned by reporting officer

Job Requirements

Must be MBA degree.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in research and development
Banking experience is a plus
Able to travel across the country.
Good personality and able to associate with all kinds of level in the organization.
