Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and know-how to take on new challenges and contribute to spearheading ambitious projects
  • Lead the formulation and development of new products in the personal/home care category
  • Deliver timely development of benchtop prototypes and product qualification including sensory test, stability test, and performance test
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and product development activities
  • Identify and coordinate with reliable partners and suppliers for raw material and machinery sourcing, and technical training support
  • Ensure the creation of proper process and product documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Production, Quality Control, Procurement, Business Development) in supporting smooth technology transfer and scale-up for commercialization

Job Requirements

  • At least B.Sc in industrial chemistry or similar fields
  • At least 5 years of experience with R&D, formulation, and product development for personal/home care
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes, and regulatory FDA compliance preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
  • Respectful team player with excellent project management and communication skills (written and verbal)
