  • Responsible for the smooth process of FDA and other registration needed legally for the product to be launch
  • Researching and developing with teams new products or technologies to improve existing products
  • Ensure the company understand and anticipate market demand, planning and developing products to meet consumer needs and maintain competiveness in the market place
  • Planning and organization efforts with production department and Marketing Department
  • To ensure quality targets and target goals are met
  • Train and develop to team for HACCP improving, 5S and ISO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in food technology or Industrial chemistry
  • Candidate must have minimum 5 years experienced in R&D in Food industry
  • Age must be 30 and above
  • Experienced in formulation, product development and costing.
  • Preferable from biscuit, wafer, or extrude snack background
  • Understanding FDA process, government policy, HACCP and ISO Knowledge
  • Good analytical, conceptual thinking and interpersonal skill
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Have flexible, positive attitude and team spirit
  • Strong decision-making skills.
