Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Producing and disseminating research data and report.
  • Writing research paper specifications.
  • Carrying out quantitative data analysis through the utilization of Microsoft Excel and / or SPSS.
  • Conducting qualitative analysis of data conducted through interviews, focus groups or workshops.
  • Analyzing data.
  • Making sure that assigned project deadlines are met.
  • Writing/editing questionnaires and reports.
  • Keeping up-to-date with research/policy development.
  • Providing guidance on ethical issues in research assessment of University research.
  • Developing and maintaining relations with key stakeholders in order to build the University network through research.
  • Organizing the University’s research events and seminars.
  • Ensuring the accurate records of the University KPI metrics are kept.
  • Working closely with team members as part of a team with other departmental members to work on different tasks and activities.
  • Taking responsibilities for the data and research project management as well as administration tasks related to research.
  • Fulfilling other respective tasks and duties by the line manager.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in research or higher.
  • Expertise in utilizing research software inclusive of Microsoft Excel / SPSS.
  • MUST be a Bachelor qualified candidate in Research or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in English Language Skills.
  • Must be systematic and well-organized.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great team-working skills.
  • Hard-working, dynamic and willing to learn at all times.
  • Must be able to adapt to the culture of the University.
  • Myanmar and English (Advanced)
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel and SPSS
