General Purpose of the PositionReservation and Revenue Executive responsible for manage all Reservation and Revenue activities in the hospitality divisions effectively and efficient manner.Main Responsibilities- Subject oriented Responsibility booking inquiry changed as a business opportunity and increased the revenues.- Responsible to manage the reservation department to exceed the budgets.- Wide relationships with the current accounts and maintain them very effectively.- To ensure that all the reservations recorded in the system with the procedure with full and clear information's and that they are inputted clear and accurate information's- To maximize the revenues to inquires understand the business prospects through opportunities up selling venue services.- Responsible to prepare the weekly, monthly, annual reports with past years comparison- Responsible for Hospitality relevant website including content optimization functional enhancements and traffic generations designed to increase the conversation.- Responsible for building on successfully special events strategies to drive continued revenue growth.- Develop the annual marketing and strategic plan for hospitality that's includes channel strategies, CRM, Loyalty, Partnerships & Digital Marketing.- Coordinate with operation team create rooms, FB and Spa offers from creative media and activation perspective and handover all necessary Marketing tools, publish on the media on time.- Follow up and investigate on market trend and new promotional activities in order to stay the leader in the respective market.- Accurate data and customer data base reports to the sales and marketing manager weekly, monthly and annual basis.- Responsible for Hospitality E-Commerce includes photography, videography enhance the online and offline marketing initiative to drive customer acquisition.- Create and optimized targeted and custom landing pages and micro sites.
Education/ Qualifications1. Graduate from Marketing Communications relevant, PR and IT.2. Education background related with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing3.
