  • Conducting employee evaluations to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively
  • Ensuring that all residents are comfortable, safe, and happy in their living environment
  • Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and security
  • Managing maintenance and repair of the property, including making sure that repairs are done in a timely manner
  • Monitoring rent payments to ensure that all residents are paying on time
  • Working with residents to resolve disputes or complaints about living conditions
  • Overseeing the hiring and training of staff members to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
  • Coordinating with vendors to arrange for repairs and maintenance services for the building
  • Monitoring resident behavior to identify any problems that may arise and developing solutions

Job Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent and/ or demonstration relevant experience in Resident  or property management in multi mixed comples, university or holpitality,
  • 5 to 7 yeras; Experience in working with managers,staff and stakeholders to resolve high priority and ofter sensitive and comples matters.Knowledge of general housekeeping,security management,customer services,maintenance methods,operating requires and safety precaution related to property management.well organized,detail and cusomeroriented self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment,developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service and business development.Strond procurement negotiation skills. Strond verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in both burmese and English.
