Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Overall fit-out project planning and management work including A&A works;
  • Cost planning and budget preparation;
  • Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors on commercial effect relating to design issues;
  • Coordinate with procurement team for material supply;
  • Contract administration and project progress monitoring in relation to applying of costs, quality and time schedule control during construction stages of projects;
  • Handle payment assessment, valuation of variation works, contractual claims, final accounts and disputes arising from projects.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in fit-out, contract administration, cost estimating and procurement of major multi-disciplinary fitting out projects;
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, Good spoken in Mandarin and English and Burmese;
  • Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
