  • Management on Land owned by the Group Company
  • Initiate the registration updated with New Land Law
  • Co-ordinate with related government officials
  • Preparing of Land Improvement Proposals for Income generation
  • Surveying on existing land documents and to propose required process to the COM
  • Travel around to the Physical area to verify the existing status for the whole Myanmar
  • Maintain all land records and Prepare Monthly Land Status Report
  • Prepare Yearly Budget related on Land Improving Process and regular checking
  • Survey and report to the COM for conflict areas on owned land
  • Regular Visit and checking of existing Land
  • Responsible on Renew Process under Grant Land and other types of Land
  • Preparing Monthly reporting on Status of Land
  • Discover Land Improvement and Proposing Project Plan 
  • Provide technical assistance for land policy and updated law

  • Experience in Land Documentation Process
  • Good in English Language
  • Verification and Checking Experience on existence of Land
  • At least 10 years in related area
