• Managing and training restaurant staffs
• Monitoring staff’s work schedules
• Regular Inspection of the restaurant kitchen to maintain proper standards of hygiene and sanitation
• Monitoring food preparation, cooking, cleaning, storage and management of raw materials
• Constantly checking and fulfilling inventory supplies
• Randomly checking about Food Quality and Service Quality with customers
• Handle customer complaints
• Manage the cash flow and regular reporting to Management

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years experience as supervisor in Hospitality industry
• Any related degree or diploma will be an advantage
