- Supervises daily Food and Beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures
- Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Monitoring staff performance and report to operation manager
- Full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s , policies, procedures and service standard
- Strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
- Prepare a monthly report for the operation manager
- Draw up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc ) for the operation manager
- Training plan and Training for all team members
