Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Responsible for sales growth
  • Control food cost and minimize waste
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • Plan and develop new menu and update existing menu based on current market trend
  • Responsible to deliver superior services and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Plan and develop guest loyalty programs and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all products and services are match restaurant standards
  • Responsible for managing inventory and purchasing foods and supplies
  • Addressing any customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
  • Respond efficiently & professionally to customer complaint and question
  • Creating positive work environment for team member

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum five years of experience in related field
  • Strong experience in customer services industry
  • Experience in event planning
  • Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Age between 30 to 45 years old
  • Able to work under pressure

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Computer literate
