Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Daily check to Food Court selling menu
  2. To assist in menu planning and pricing
  3. Make sure that the restaurant is run in an efficient manner, and also to ensure the quality of food served and cleanliness are the highest standards
  4. Stock control for all food items
  5. Make sure that older items are consumed first to avoid the ingredients expiration and/or waste as the case may be
  6. Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
  7. Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant
  8. To satisfy customers and boost sales, need to helps in propagating sales by sharing fliers and putting up displays in daily papers
  9. Check Job Assignment for Restaurant staff before start working
  10. Review employee performance record and provide training to help improve their performance, when necessary
  11. Prepare all daily sales amount and stock transaction report

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1-year experience in related field
  2. Good at MS (word, excel, power point)
  3. To know well about flow of service standard and implement it in operation
  4. Ensure good customer service for smooth demand
  5. Analysis, Customer Service and selling skill, Detail Job Handling
  6. Planning, Teamwork, Influence Others, Communication, Follow Up
  7. Need to understand all restaurant section operation
