1. Achieves a goal of outlet monthly revenue.2. Maintains a high level of service standards in accordance with Hotel Policy.3. Liaises with the Outlets Manager so that the FB Manager is aware of all changes and where all event are to be set.4. Keeps manpower level in accordance to the set staffing guidelines and ensures that these levels are monitored on a weekly basis.5. Monitors par levels of all stock levels, breakage and spillages on a daily basis.6. Trains all staff in accordance to the Hotel Training Plan.

"• Vocational qualification in food & beverage and/or any initial training, as long as the person is highly motivated by the sector and that his/her level of commitment and skills have been validatedGood interpersonal skills and self-confident· Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality· Good sales skills· Dynamic· Good presentation· A thorough and organized approach
