  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail branch/store including Sales, Inventory, Finance and Office Administration.
  • Creating business plan to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
  • Meeting sale goals by training, motivation, mentoring sale staff
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, activities and communications in accordance with company policy & procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • A minimum of 5 year experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position in Retail Business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skill
  • Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of retail managemet best practices
  • High level proficiency with MS office
