Job Description

Responsible for managing all matters in showroom.
Planning the necessary for customer's satisfaction and ability to buy.
Must learn to understand and re-share subordinates new functions related to sales, technologies, banking, payment businesses etc.
Must always check and taught to correct the mistakes of your subordinates according to the rules and regulations set by the Company.
Must work with all employees in the business to build customer confidence.
Market penetration more effective, customers' information must be collected and customer relationship management must be done.
Every month, must planned and to meet the sales targets set by the company.
Make efforts to achieve the sales target set by the business.
The tasks assigned by the management must be carried out and not to be mistaken as soon as possible.
Coach the sales staff to have a good understanding of the Company's various service areas (Processing, Knowledge, market).
Must report to General Manager (GM) and management team the day-to-day operations of the sales.
To fulfill the duties assigned by the management team from time to time.

Any Graduate
Age between 28 to 38
Must have Sales Diploma (or) MBA
At least between (5) years or more’ experience in Retail Sales generalist field
Good leadership skills and communication skills
Must be able to use MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
English 4-Skills (Intermediate)
