Main responsibilities

• Creation and support of MIS, analytics and tools to help internal teams to take decisions and improve performance of risk management and collections.
• Provide management with accurate information & proposals to increase efficiency of
• process through analytics & reporting.
• Coordinate with Application Owners and Process Owners to understand business requirements. Formalization & prioritization of requirements. Coordination with IT- developers team during implementation process.
• Maintain the reports and queries used locally.
• Evaluate vendor proposals to determine application, infrastructure, budget and resource requirements for the projects related to MIS development.

Requirement. 
•    Must posses Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
•    Be expert in BI tools, PL/SQL, MsSQL, MsOffice.
•    Experience with enterprise and business intelligence applications, especially in financial services.
•    Experience with in-house development and packaged software implementation.
•    Experience in organizing databases, reporting and MIS from scratch.
•    Experience in collection, risk, credit portfolio would be an advantage.
•    Strengths in problem solving, ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
