BSc/BA in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.Proven experience as a Risk Manager/ Collection Manager with agriculture background.Knowledge of risk assessment/control and collection processes.Experience with risk assessment control and account receivable collection.Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations.Strong computer and research skills; knowledge of analysis software is preferred.Open to travel remotely and spend time in rural areas where project sites are located.High result orientation and high sense of ownership.Generate reports & monitor action plans leading to performance results.
