Managing the Security Team of all of Capital branches and G&G stores.
Government Communication for Capital Retail and G&G.
Security Audit and Loss Prevention for Capital Retail and G&G.
Myanmar retailer association CEC duty.
Provide a single point of contact for customers, partners and staff for security issues and incidents.
Establish and manage local government structures to deal with TAX, PERMIT, LICENCES, crisis and security incidents.
Manage the CU security Organization, its interfaces, roles and responsibilities.
Drive the implementation security directives and guidelines.
Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Investigate and resolve the issues.
Create reports for management on security status.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 3 years proven experience as Risk Prevention Manager or similar position.
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (eg. CCTV).
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Execellent knowledge in Myanmar Government Law.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed and reliable and Strong investigating skill.
