Embedded Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Co-operate with mechanical, integration, electronics engineers, and automation team.
  • Develop/maintain microcontroller software in C/C++/Python for product, jig fixture/machine.
  • Conceptualize and create detailed robotics designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in research and development of electronic circuits/ PCB
  • Perform software tests and verify the problem related to software and robotics.
  • Create test and verification plans for products and equipment.
  • Firmware version control
  • Support Integration test.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

 

 

Integration System Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives related to robotic integration.
  • Design and develop robotics solutions for automating production processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Program and configure robotic systems, including robotic arms, manipulators, and end-effectors, to perform specific tasks accurately.
  • Integrate robotic systems with existing production equipment and manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless communication and synchronization.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of robotic systems, identifying, and resolving issues to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for robotic systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Embedded Engineer Requirements

  • Proficient in C/C++/and Python.
  • Experience with embedded IDE and debuggers for various MCUs.
  • Experience with real time, multitask, and low level programming.
  • Good knowledge in electronic/electrical circuits.
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical/mechatronics.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Raspberry Pi or equal, Arduino, or NodeMCU
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Strong in mathematical and scientific analytical skill
  • Minimum of 4 additional years of proven experience in the development and/or deployment of robotics and/or machine automation systems.

 

Integration System Engineer Requirements

  • Proven experience in Robotics system integration with successful projects.
  • Proficiency in robotic programming languages (ROS, Python, C++) and simulation tools (Gazebo, V-REP).
  • Strong understanding of mechatronics, control systems, and sensor integration in robotics.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robotic systems (e.g., SCARA, Cartesian, collaborative robots).
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation protocols (Modbus, Profibus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in project documentation
