Key Duties / Responsibilities

- Data Management

– Download, Tabulate & Store.

- To circulate weekly & monthly reports on key KPIs and Scorecards as per defined periodicity.

- To carry out detailed cost reviews and analysis on actual vs budgets.

- To carry out various data analysis & trends as required for specific reports.

- To support corporate team in preparing presentations for internal meetings and external visitors.

- Co-ordinate with Region associates in collecting data as required and where not available through system.

- Train the Region team on various KPI parameters, data source and method of calculation. Address any query from field relating to scores and parameters.

- Set-up and co-ordinate activities for monthly calls for region reviews.

- Manage data base and calculation details as required for Incentive and RTM Capability Skill Index.

- Work on Special projects related to RTM analysis.

- Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”.

- University/Bachelor’s degree- 2 -4 years of experience with Data Analysis & Reporting

- Sales and Distribution knowledge of FMCG companies

- Proficient in MS Excel, PPT & MS Access.
